Certified Copy of Birth Certificate– is generally available 30-45 days after the birth. There are three options for obtaining a copy of the birth certificate once it is ready. 1. You can fill out an application and mail it in. 2. You can order a copy online here. 3. You can go pick up a copy in person at the Vital Records Office at the Montgomery County Health Department-330 Pageant Lane, Clarksville, TN, 37040. Office hours: 8 am – 4 pm.
